I met a girl from online dating website. We went on few dates and I expressed my feeling to her that “I love her.” But she is not expressing her feeling to me. However, she told me that she does have feeling for me. We do chat on the phoned and go out for dinner. Also, she stated that it will take her little more time to express her feeling to me. I’m confused here that why is she taking her time to express her feeling and same time she tells me that she likes me. Also, she does hugged me.

It could be a number of things. Some people have a different definition of love. In that she may need to be 100% certain she loves you and needs time to work out her feelings rather than saying something she is not 100% sure she means. You have said I love you very quickly and I guess you know your feelings quickly. Some people take months to feel this way so I think everything is fine.
The fact that she is still around and hanging out with you means she likes you. Just relax and wait for her to be certain.
